Travelling with British Airways in Club World we were able to use Latam's VIP security lane. To the left of the check in area, you go up the escalators and will see a separate security and immigration section. When we arrived there was nobody in front of us, so were through in less than a minute.
After security is the entrance to the lounge. Through the large glass doors we made our way into the lounge. It wasn't particularly busy and headed up stairs. We sat by the window and had great views overlooking the runway.
The lounge offered a selection of spirits with 3 different flavours of Absolute vodka, plus the usual spirits selections. Wines, soft drinks, beers and champagne were also readily available.
The food selection was adequate, salads, cold meats and cheese as well as a few sandwiches and cakes. If you're after something hot there was pulled chicken with potatoes, empanadas and a type of pasta/quiche sort of thing. Nothing was there advising what the dishes were or what was inside them.
The lounge was very clean and well presented, the wi-fi maintained its connection (mental note for next time: do a speed test).
There were frequent announcements in Spanish and English to let guests know when their flight was boarding.
Overall I thought the lounge was a pleasant place to relax before heading to Duty Free and then the gate to catch your flight. There was a family room, plenty of bathrooms and showers as well as a room you could catch 40 winks if you needed them.
